Ingredients
Method
Assemble the wraps
- Lay 2 flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
- Spread 1/4 cup peanut butter evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Drizzle honey over the peanut butter if using, then sprinkle ground cinnamon evenly.
- Place one peeled banana along the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle granola over the banana if desired.
- Roll each tortilla tightly around the banana, tucking in the sides as you roll.
- Slice each wrap into 1-inch rounds or leave whole for easy lunchbox packing.
- Serve immediately, or wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Notes
Pro tip: For the cleanest roll and easier packing, keep the banana centered and roll snugly so the tortilla won’t open. Store wrapped in the refrigerator up to 24 hours; the tortilla will soften slightly but it stays tasty. Freezing is not recommended because the banana texture changes after thawing. For a nut-free option, use sunflower seed butter in place of the peanut butter.
